The contest is open to SPJ members and  nonmembers, and it includes all forms of media (print, online, radio and  TV) and media organizations of all sizes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s contest honors work produced or published in 2010. More  than 2,500 entries from dozens of media organizations throughout the  region which were then reviewed and rated by out-of-state judges.
