Thursday, Jan. 11 — Meet at Memphis Convention Center Room L-8 (note room change)
- 3 p.m.-5 p.m. — Roundtable introductions and statements of intention
- 5 p.m. — Break; walk to private tour of Memphis Cotton Museum
- 5:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. — Depart Cotton Museum for dinner
- 6 p.m.-6:30 p.m. — Pre-dinner reception, private residence
- 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m. — Dinner and discussion: Manifesto For Change, Next Newsroom, Open Source Framework / Geneva Overholser, Chris Peck, Len Witt.
- 9:30 p.m. — Vans return to hotels
Friday, Jan. 12 — Meet at Memphis Cotton Museum

- 3 p.m. — Group coaching sessions
- 5 p.m. — Wrapup session: What was learned, what actions are intended
- 6 p.m. — Adjourn. Dinner on your own.
