Gathering Schedule

Thursday, Jan. 11 — Meet at Memphis Convention Center Room L-8 (note room change)

  • 3 p.m.-5 p.m. — Roundtable introductions and statements of intention
  • 5 p.m. — Break; walk to private tour of Memphis Cotton Museum
  • 5:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. — Depart Cotton Museum for dinner
  • 6 p.m.-6:30 p.m. — Pre-dinner reception, private residence
  • 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m. — Dinner and discussion: Manifesto For Change, Next Newsroom, Open Source Framework / Geneva Overholser, Chris Peck, Len Witt.
  • 9:30 p.m. — Vans return to hotels

Friday, Jan. 12 — Meet at Memphis Cotton Museum

  • 9:00 a.m.-Breakout session one
  • 10:30 a.m. — Breakout session two
  • Noon – 1 p.m. — Lunch at nearby restaurant
  • 1 p.m. — Breakout session three
  • 2:30 p.m. — Learning circle
  • 3 p.m. — Group coaching sessions
  • 5 p.m. — Wrapup session: What was learned, what actions are intended
  • 6 p.m. — Adjourn. Dinner on your own.
