Helen expressed her legal background, and Andrew asked here what the legal side of starting a business entailed. \u00a0Helen responded by stating the use of counsel to create or to review bylaws, privacy statements, releases, etc. \u00a0Attorneys can also provide advice on how to set up LLC’s or equivalent entities to protect individual entrepreneurs personally.<\/p>\n
Betsy mentioned the entrepreneurship program\/course she is taking. \u00a0It is at Wayne State University and is called FastTrac.<\/p>\n
Daniel said he had experience in the communications department of Chrysler Financial Services. \u00a0He witnessed the funding of start-ups first hand, but wanted to learn more.<\/p>\n
