She writes: "We recently had what we called a "reinvention convention" here for The Fresno Bee newsroom where we asked everyone for their ideas on "what would you do if you could start media all over again in Fresno." That lead to a healthy afternoon’s discussion about the top ideas, and hopefully to some new projects for our newspaper. Our surprising statistic: out of just about 120 people ask for ideas, 55 submitted two-page proposals."
