I’m the Director of Communications at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), where I head up the team responsible for our external and media relations, website, publications, and digital outreach. I have worked in communications for 10 years as a director, communications skills trainer, media relations specialist, publications developer, writer, and editor. I worked as a CBC television reporter for nearly a decade and as a radio and newspaper reporter for a couple of years before that. I am also working to complete a Masters of Communications in Digital Media at UW.
