I was just reading an article
I was just reading an article on how people video taping the police were getting arrested under wire tapping laws yet police have dash cam videos running and all the videos were in public places. Mostly people with cell phone videos etc so I wonder how the ACLU will get involved. Some boston lawyers have been discussing these cases recently for journalists reporters etc.
